Recently I had the pleasure of joining Ray Zahab’s KapiK1 Expedition crossing of Lake Baikal in Siberia. Ray and his team were super professional, knowledgeable, and lots of fun. We had a AMAZING time, and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. What I liked best about our guided trip, was their willingness to do what WE wanted, and go at OUR pace. Most guided trips are filled with lots of pressure, but Ray allowed us to dictate what we did and how fast or slow we wanted to go. One day, we even decided that a hotel bed was more appealing than another night on the ice, we he allowed us to even increase our pace, and we finished a day early. It was great stuff and I would highly recommend him, and do another one!”
