At KapiK1 Expedition Company, we guarantee freshness of our coffees and quality of all of our products. Although there are no refunds on coffee as it is a perishable item, please don't hesitate to contact us via email for a refund on products such as coffee gear and merchandise.
We want to ensure you are happy with your selection and if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Simply, tell us your name, the order number, which item/s and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with a Return Merchandise Account number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
